PakPruvo is built in collaboration with experienced, independent specialists. Each person brings their domain: development, compliance, operations. We assign work by competence, not hierarchy.

For you, that means direct contact, lean processes, and a team that knows your needs. Your contact coordinates the project; when needed, additional specialists from the network step in, so progress and operations do not depend on a single person.

The people behind PakPruvo bring more than three decades of IT experience in the mid-market, from web applications and custom IT projects to e-commerce and today's topics such as AI integration, compliance, and PPWR documentation; the team's AI expertise is certified.

Along the way, we have learned what mid-market companies need: not off-the-shelf solutions, but advice that fits their processes, sound concepts, and support until something truly works in day-to-day operations. PakPruvo builds on exactly this experience, as an answer to requirements that have applied to many businesses since 12 August 2026; the tools are available.

Long-term collaboration, for us, comes from reliability in the project, not from big promises.

PakPruvo is operated as an owner-managed sole proprietorship. Deliberately lean, so decisions stay close to the customer and you do not have to go through layers of administration.

At the same time, platform operations rely on long-term agreements with experienced partners and specialists: for development, infrastructure, maintenance, and ongoing product evolution. This reduces dependence on the day-to-day availability of individual resources through established partner structures and agreed responsibilities.

For you, that means short lines of communication in support and a platform designed to be operated over the long term.

PakPruvo grew out of concrete requirements from conversations with manufacturers. Since 12 August 2026, the first PPWR requirements apply: declaration of conformity, documentation, evidence. The applicable regulation text is authoritative.

• create DoC drafts from your product data; you review and approve content
• maintain packaging data and components centrally, as the basis for DoC and product pages
• publish multilingual QR product pages with publish checks; stable links during your contract term
• view PPWR phases and the product roadmap in the admin cockpit and on the website
• provide DoC, QR assets, and from Professional ZIP audit export when you share them after your own review

We continue to develop PakPruvo in phases along the PPWR timeline and in step with new EU rules; not every feature is available today (see roadmap). Same principle as in three decades of IT work: stay the course, take responsibility in the project, and make PPWR documentation more practical for mid-market businesses.
