Getting started with PakPruvo
Prerequisites
You need tenant admin or editor access. These public help articles are not legal advice — your company remains responsible for legal assessments.
1. Complete the company profile
Open Settings → Company profile and maintain manufacturer details, logo, and — if you generate Declarations of Conformity from PakPruvo — letterhead and page margins for PDF documents.
2. Set target and export markets
Enter the markets where your packaging is placed on the market. PakPruvo derives maintainable content languages for product pages from those markets.
3. Add your signature
Store the authorized signatory signature for issued Declarations of Conformity under My account or in your profile security settings.
4. Create your first product
Go to Products → New product, choose the right context (sales packaging, transport packaging, or empty packaging), and capture at least one packaging component with material and weight.
5. Declaration of Conformity and publication
Review missing required fields in the Compliance cockpit. Issue the Declaration of Conformity or upload a finished PDF. After approval, publish the product — the QR code and public product page become available.
