Publish and QR code

Prerequisites

You need tenant admin or editor access and a product with an issued Declaration of Conformity. This article is not legal advice — your company remains responsible for marking obligations and the content of your public product page.

Before you publish, these points should be in place:

  • Declaration of Conformity (DoC) issued for the product version (see the Declaration of Conformity (DoC) help article)
  • Product and packaging data saved and ready for release
  • Company profile and markets maintained when the public page should show manufacturer details

1. Approve and publish the product

Open the product under Products and go to the approval and publication area. Review open items in the Compliance cockpit before you start publication.

After a successful publish, PakPruvo provides the public product page. Without publication, the QR code and public page stay inactive.

2. Use the QR code

After publication you find the QR code and the link to the public product page in the product workbench. Use the code for marking, packaging print, or accompanying documents — the link points to the released page.

When you create a new product version or change data, approve and publish again so the QR code and public page show the current release.

3. Review the public product page

Open the public page in a new tab and check language, manufacturer details, and visible packaging information. Make corrections in PakPruvo and publish again.

PakPruvo hosts the page and QR link; it does not perform a legal review of your marking or market obligations.

Next steps (optional)

  • Declaration of Conformity (DoC) — if you still need to issue or renew the declaration
  • Products and packaging components — maintain packaging data and the library before the next publication
  • Enable four-eyes approval when your team needs review steps before publishing
